IRIS Named a Finalist for Transformative Technology Innovation Award

National Service Alliance’s proprietary tech platform, IRIS (Integrated Repair information System) is a finalist for the Transformative Technology Innovation Award in the 2024 Warranty Innovation Awards, the annual peer-nominated industry awards which recognize and showcase innovation and excellence in the warranty and extended warranty/service contract industries.

IRIS connects all the parties to a claim throughout the process, from first notice of loss, product support and claim creation through service fulfillment, claim authorization, claim payment and reporting analysis. The IRIS system provides all information regarding the status of the repair to all authorized stakeholders in the process. The call centers for the manufacturer, the retail dealer, and the extended contract company often have a need to understand the status of the repair. Communication between these partners can be difficult and slow when legacy systems are used. NSA’s IRIS system gives all stakeholders real-time access to the repair status so they can relay important repair information directly to the customer without needing to make phone calls or accessing multiple systems. In addition to Repair Status Visibility, the IRIS platform encompasses a Parts Locating Tool, a Triage Tool, Repair History and Open Call Management.

National Service Alliance (NSA) provides high-performance solutions for the aftermarket services industry. NSA offers a complete suite of warranty administration services, customer support/call center operations, parts warehousing, distribution, on-site repair services, regional repair depots, reverse logistics, service management, processing of returns, asset recovery, refurbishment, end of life disposal services, and recall administration.
